ONGOING PLEDGE FOR GSC RENOVATION FUND (UPDATES)
ONGOING PLEDGE FOR GSC RENOVATION FUND (UPDATES)
The Committee has met to plan for PHASE 3 that include works like upgrading
the toilet, tiling/pebble wash the walkways, upgrading the sanctuary, etc
So far we have added 2 portable coolers to further cool the entrance area of the
church. The upper Room currently is used by the Parish Chinese Apostolate at the
Youth Centre ( badminton floor) has been renovated to provide a bigger space.
The minor face lifts to enhance the beauty of the sanctuary area surrounding
the altar and the tabernacle have been completed.
Work on the walkways (tiling/pebble wash) shall begin immediately after
the Easter and parish Feast celebrations, that is, from16th May 2011 onwards.
I hereby appeal to more parishioners to pledge ( approximately 560 have signed but currently only 438 are paying)
for the renovation. Let us continue to be united in prayer and cooperation. God Bless.
